We operate a strategically located bulk liquid storage terminal serving Central Europe's growing energy infrastructure needs. Corporate History & Ownership
The company was registered in the Slovak Commercial Register on 25 November 2006 under the name Aurelian Oil & Gas Slovakia s.r.o. In 2014, it was acquired by Discovery Global LLC — which remains its sole shareholder today — and renamed Alpine Oil and Gas, s.r.o. Since then, Alpine has been part of Slovakia's energy infrastructure development. We leverage our location in Central Europe's energy corridor — at the intersection of the Transpetrol Družba pipeline network and the Danube River — to provide reliable storage and handling services to energy traders, refineries and industrial clients across the Visegrád region and beyond.
